We have three commercialized products and a robust pipeline of biosimilar/biologic products under development under various stages of laboratory development, pre-clinical & clinical testing.

On the innovation front, we have a granted patent for a novel Acylation process for peptides. This innovation provides Levim a major advantage for producing GLP-1 RA peptides like liraglutide, with lower impurities & higher yields.

One of our products launched by us in the market is a life-saving medication – recombinant Streptokinase injection (brand: Streptolev®), a thrombolytic drug used for treating acute myocardial infarction (AMI) commonly known as “heart attack”. Levim is one of the leading producers of streptokinase injection in the world.

We have developed & commercialized Pegylated L-asparginase injection used for the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, a rare blood cancer, mainly occurring in children. Levim's product is highly stable and structurally conforming to the originator drug, unlike many other Pegaspargase injections available in the market. Results are to be published shortly.

Levim is one of the few companies to carry out complete clinical development for Liraglutide biosimilar with both phase-1 & Phase-3 clinical trails. Liraglutide is a drug belonging to the glucagon like peptide-1 (GLP-1) class of drugs and is for treatment of Type-2 diabetes and obesity.
